• Your Greencarders username
• Whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone
• What happened, and a screenshot if something looks wrong

Please never email us your password or copies of your immigration documents. We will never ask for either by email. Verification documents are only ever uploaded inside the app.

We can't advise on your immigration case

Greencarders is a community and a directory, not a law firm, and nothing in the app or in our replies is legal advice. For questions about your own case, speak to a licensed immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice. Greencarders is not affiliated with USCIS or any other government agency.

Quick answers

• Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow the email we send you.
• Report a post, comment, user or listing: open its menu and tap Report, Report user or Report listing. Reports are reviewed by our moderators.
• Block someone: open their profile, or the menu on one of their comments, and tap Block user. You won't see their posts or comments any more.
• Report a bug: open the app menu and tap Report Bug. For common questions, tap Help / FAQ in the same menu.
• Delete your account: see Delete Your Account for both options and what gets removed.

Subscriptions and refunds

Greencarders is free to use. Only service providers can buy the optional Pro or Featured listing plans and the one-time verification fee. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so cancellations and refunds go through the store you paid with.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Section 6 of our Terms of Service has the full terms.
